In The Netherlands he has been responsible for the development and coordination of various national and international (multi-country) projects.As business unit manager and consultant he had P/L responsibilities for teams up to 10 persons.

In Spain Gerton has worked as coordinator of both large international projects as well as setting up new Internet based operations in the area of market research.

He has been a speaker at various conferences in Europe and has been guest speaker at several universities in the Netherlands on topics like trend research, segmentation and development of online research.

Additionally Gerton has been active in the Dutch marketing organization (NIMA) within the workgroup Marketing & Research. He also has been co-founder and member of the organizational comitee of the workgroup Innovative Techniques, which is part of the Dutch organization of market research professionals (MOA).

Due to his international experience he not only speaks English, Dutch, Spanish and German at a high level, but he is also an insider when it comes to working in different countries and working with people from different cultures.
